Annually the Southwest District Soccer League has an open time frame where Clubs can submit league rule and regulation change requests. These changes can include additions, adjustments, or subtractions to the published league rules.
The open time frame commences at the end of the leagues Outdoor Season (3rd week in September) and closes the 3rd week in October. For 2023 the dates are September 18th through October 16th.
All requests must be submitted via this google form and be complete. Proposed rule changes will be reviewed as written by the submitting party.
Following October 16th the league will review all submission.
**Team Officials / parents are to direct any and all rule change requests to their club contact. If the club supports the request, the club administration may submit the request directly to Southwest Soccer for consideration. Requests received from individuals or teams will not be entertained.
